Strawberry Pickin' with Aunt Melissa and Uncle Thomas

Aunt Melissa and Uncle Thomas came to visit us the other weekend and we had so much fun. On Saturday morning we went to Boone Hall and picked strawberries. Emerson loved the golf cart (she thought was a train) that took us to the field and had a ball picking strawberries. We were surprised that she didn't try and eat any of them while she was picking. I had to tell Thomas and Chris to stop picking strawberries at one point because our bucket was totally full, they were just having so much fun.

After Boone Hall we headed downtown to the Farmer's Market. Emerson had so much fun walking around and checking out everyone and everything. She was very well behaved and stayed with us the entire time. We had freshly squeezed lemonade, kettle corn and the boys got some pickles. Chris took Emerson up to the ponies for a pony ride and she wanted nothing to do with them. Maybe in the future we will try again.

Thanks for a great visit, Aunt Mel and Uncle T Rhea.
