Emerson And Her Buddy Tate

Every week Emerson and I take turns with our friends Joanna and baby Tate walking in each other's neighborhood. Last week was our turn so I suggested we dress the babies in sweaters and jeans and have a mini photo shoot at the park. We also got them some sunglasses- they aren't the most stylish things, but made for a pretty funny picture. Chris thinks they are terrible looking on Emerson, but I had to get at least one shot of them. The babies were so cute! At first they just looked around and then they realized they were sitting next to each other and decided to stick their arms out and see what happened. Got some pretty cute shots. Not too many smiles out of Emerson, but Tate sure was happy. Isn't he a doll with those blue eyes!?

Emerson and Tate also took an introduction to the water class at the Mt. Pleasant Rec. Center. I think the moms had more fun than the kids. Emerson was very serious. She didn't know what to think the first few classes but ended up kicking away the last day. We are going to do it again in March and April to get ready for summer!

In case you were wondering they keep the pool at a nice 82 degrees and the indoor pool area is heated! Nice!
