The Miracle Blanket, Cont.

Ok, I know all of you think I was crazy posting that information on The Miracle Blanket, but let me tell you- I now have 3 happy referrals and still counting! So far I have recommended it to Karen, mommy of Kinsley; Mandy, mommy of Carter, and Jennifer, mommy of River; and the babies have dropped at least one or more feedings and significantly increased the number of hours they sleep at night!!!

So, if I haven't made a believer out of you yet, please visit this website and check it out. It really works! A snug fit is key. It keeps the babies from flailing and waking themselves up at night. The biggest hesitation I keep getting when I recommend it to tired moms is that, "My baby fights it every time." Well, you would probably do the same thing. Give it a few days and they will learn to love it. I also recommend swadding the baby once they are born to get them used to it and won't fight it later. I wrapped Emerson in it today for naptime and left one arm out so she can suck on her fingers. She may not be quite ready for that yet, but I wanted to at least try it out.

I have some pictures below of Emerson in her mirable blanket and how happy and smiley she is after a good nights rest. Since about 6/7 weeks, she has been sleeping from 9:30/10ish to 6:30/7ish every morning! We are now starting bathtime around 7:30/8ish and she is sleeping until around 7am.

I'm a big fan of the miracle blanket, too! We used it with Emma for months. It was the best thing!
