I know where she gets it! Emerson loves to turn the pages of her books. And let me tell ya, she turns those pages with authority! She means business. Chris and I have a hard time reading the actual book now because she wants to turn the page before we have finished reading the page. Sometimes we have to speed read.
We started reading to Emerson when she came home from the hospital, it is very important to us that she enjoys reading. I have a box of books in her room that we read and a pile of books in the living room and she always plays with them on her own. I don't even need to suggest it.
